You’ll play a key role in crafting and delivering a culturally-rich childcare program that helps each child thrive and reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

Provide loving and educational care to children, ensuring their well-being and safety.
Engage with parents through regular communication about their child’s growth and development.
Collaborate with fellow childcare staff, community partners, families, and children to create a supportive environment.
Plan and implement stimulating, culturally-based activities that inspire creativity and support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Mentor and supervise students 

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and initiative
Creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
CPR & First Aid certification
Police Reference Check & Vulnerable Sector clearance
Experience in park and recreational settings

Job Details:

Type: Full-time / Part-time / On-call
Salary: Starting at $23.86/hour
